Hi, my name is Paul, I’m happy 😊to be called Mr Martini. I began my career as a chef, too long ago, and then ventured off into a rewarding stint in Aged Care.

I was lured back into cooking four years ago when the opportunity to join the new Don Valley Campus arose. This has been a wonderful decision. The location, alone, is just so amazing. I’m so happy to be a part of a catering team that constantly strives to make the kitchen area a creative, engaging, and entertaining space. All culinary requests and skill levels are warmly appreciated and encouraged. This also applies to dance moves and vocal abilities, provided it’s all within the safety guidelines.
